At the beginning I was hesitant about this product but due to their design look and features I decided to order one. Staff was very informative and they replied all my questions. Unit was well packaged and arrived in 5 days. After I open the box, I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the product. I have been using the unit past 3 months and it is super. Very quite and efficient. I love the built in thermostat and sense me function. SO far so good and I suggest this mini split air conditioner to people are looking for good looking and affordable units.
